Campaign Finance News
Effective 5:00pm on Friday, January 22, 2021 the Board will no longer accept ANY reports or other submissions filed using the desktop EFS Software or through the New York State Board of Elections website. All campaign finance disclosure reports will need to be submitted through the new EFS Web Application available for use beginning at 8:00am on Monday, January 25, 2021. Please navigate to the “New Electronic Filing System (EFS) Web Application” tab to sign up for a training webinar and view training videos.

Campaign Finance Laws
