Public Comment on Draft Regulation
The language of a draft Regulation relative to Independent Expenditures was approved by the Board on January 12, 2012. The purpose of the Regulation is to set forth the current Election Law requirements relative to the disclosure of Independent Expenditures. Appropriate comments may be made to: PublicComments@elections.ny.gov.
